How do you see it?

Its funny how a nondescript comment of someone you know from another person can totally change your view of that person. Its scary innit? Wouldn’t it be better if you go and see it for yourself instead of believing it by “I heard from V, who heard it from W who heard it from X (the list goes on) that Y is so and so. Can you imagine how the story has change and god forbid, modified to make it sound jucier?

=_______________________________=

But at the same time, it can also be seen as a good thing. The comment part. Take for example if you are trying to get over someone but you are still learning to. Then someone said that 1 thing (not about that person you are getting over and not necessarily bad) and BOOM! That very hard feeling of getting over is gone.

OKay! Maybe not a comment on a particular person per se. But just some random advice. We get that all the time. Don’t smoke. Don’t do this. Don’t do that. If you do this you will regret. Bla bla bla. But if it was said at one particular point of time, in a right place and right state of mind (or probably none of this ever matter), whatever that person said will automatically click. That’s when everything made sense. Why have you been acting that way, behaving that way and thinking that way made you realize that it is just not worth it. You feel that you've been living below a coconut husk and suddenly you see the whole picture.

Just like one episode of himym where the gang told Ted about his date who could not shut up. And Ted mentioning to Marshall about Lily’s loud chewing and Lily mentioning to Robin about her issue.

*glass shattering*

Which have a different ending where "someone's bad habit were pointed out to you its hard to ignore them...but if you love them enough, those bad habits are easy to forget."

Totally different story but yeah.

I just had that moment =)

Tiring

T__________________T Bro left today. Bye bye bra we will miss you!!

Gosh now I can tell 1 disadvantage of being fair skinned!! Not that I am not aware of it. Lol. When I get teary eyed…everything gets red! My eyes, brows, nose, lips.. whole face lah!! It doesn’t help much if I am also manja. lol. Actually I dun think I am lor. I am just very…emotional. Sometimes. Whats more…fair?! After I left home, I couldn’t control it and so the flood gates opened. Cannot tahan!! Silently some more. Dowan people to know bah. Lol. Grahh oh why like this?! I can’t seem to hide how I feel is it? My baju’s sleeve and also the one near my neck were penuh with ingus. No tissue!! Oh! And also my jeans. Lol. That was how badly I cried. Lol. Maybe it was a good thing I didn't send him off too. Haha. But...haihhh. Gotta learn how to control. Cannot go on being super transparent. So yah. Feel so much better now. The mind is set to ok mode =p Hmmm. In 2 or 3 years time. I should go and visit!

Something really oddly-"funny" happened when they were at the airport. Apparently some people there got all proud (I guess?) and didn't even want to layan people. Ehh. Skadar.

I was out the whole day yesterday. Was last at the temple with family and later at Coffeebean to spend the night out with bro. I saw the Jordan All-Star players. Whoa...@.@ Super tall! And kinda cute too x)) I wasn’t wearing my specs/contacts! Dang!! By the time I reach home, it was 11pm! So I started doing Dr.Bird’s presentation and finish a few minutes past 2 a.m. I was all alone in the dining room, so being the scaredy cat that I am, I practiced it in my room. I felt a presence while preparing my notes…so naturally I got all paranoid =p

I had less than 3 hours of shut eyes only. Prepared to go to uni. Hugged brother before that and all that started. I will not go into that.

During Dr.Gary’s lecture, Irene texted me – Dr.Bird’s class is cancelled. !!!!!!! I did not get enough sleep because I was preparing for it =______________=””” Kek tio! And I had 5 hours gap before Japanese. So after class, I joined cousins and Marki for Japanese. Went to Fanny’s house after dropping Marki off. I could have went to the airport if I know it was going to be cancelled. Or will I? Hmm. lol. Never know.

Tiring day indeed! It rained heavily from 2pm onwards. It is still drizziling as I am typing here. Rid, who is in Japan now reckons that my tears brought all the heavy rain there. Hahahah.

Oh and the Genting trip is confirmed!! I cant waittt x)) It was booked 2 days ago.

I pray Monday would be a public holiday! Fasting month!

Lesson learned

Oh gawd. My presentation this morning for Dr.mukul was a disaster T_____________T For starters, I printed the wrong document – the 2 chabs emailed me like…3 different documents before that and Mag asked me to print a certain document which turned out to be the wrong one. Odd…cos I thought that was the correct one as the content I pasted to her was right. Pffft. Anyhoos, the 3 of us managed to scrape off doing our presentation without using the projector and handouts. Sartz right?

Funny story about the projector. I thought I could just Bluetooth the ppt file into the faculty’s lappy…just like I did for Dr.Debbie’s. Or not. When I pressed the Bluetooth sign, it says no device. CRAP!!! I panicked coz thas mean we have to photocopy our wrong handout. But mag scribbled all over the paper with the points she wanted to add…. Zzz. So yeah. Funny right? Lol. I hope we won’t get penalized =S doubt it.
I managed to present it OK kua. Well I rate 4/10 la =______________= Kel said I repeated my points over and over again which made him restart his brain. Lols. I think I blabbed. No, I know. Hehh.

Then it came to Dr.Gary’s meeting. I hesitated when it came to the budget allocation =(( Because when I mentioned that I wanted all the money, everyone gasped and I thought I was not suppose to do that (note to self: read his notes extra thoroughly!!!) and so I changed my mind, saying at least half of it would do. Hehhhh. And no second thoughts; leave that to discussion point. Ok, got it!

Lesson learned: Don’t do things last minute!!

3 wheel drive

Yes. It’s a very thrilling experience. True story.

Dadz was as usual was sending a truck of soldiers to their respective institutions – 3 rounds; MD, SMJA and UBD. While driving, I suddenly felt (I couldn’t hear cos I had earphone on) that there was something wrong cos that feeling was strange. It was as if we were moving on some sort of momentum. lol. It was as if there were no wheels. Literally. It’s like you were riding on some rides. You know, FLYING! Before I know it, I saw a tyre rolling away towards my right. Sorry but I am still improving on my description skill. So, it happened in slow motion…and I remembered thinking…whoa the tyre’s off! And I even looked, with fascination, at the tyre which rolled in slow mo till it stopped a few meters away from where we stopped. It was exactly at the opposite side of the GHK showroom. This happened at about 6.38am so there were not many cars. The back tyre on the left came off cos the night before, dadz was fixing it the night before and he did not tightened the nut and was meaning to do it today. He forgot. Lol. Just so you know, we weren’t moving that fast! And I know the consequences of such "accident".

The left side

The front left side of the tyre was half buried on the soft soil with grass. I don’t know why but I didn’t feel embarrass or anything. I don’t know, should I be? lol. I thought the whole incident was hilarious. And oh! No one panicked. lol. Bra said it could have been worse – the tyre could have come off at the roundabout.

So within 10 minutes after waiting for rescue, a Good Samaritan stopped by and offered to help send 1 of my bra to school. The man sort of knew dadz ( I think) and he has a son who is studying in SMJA too. So 1 down. Another bra left after a while as his van took him and were off to KB. Me and sis waited for dadz’s friend and we left the scene around 7pm. I almost tripped over while getting myself out of that soft…patch of grass! It dirtied me heels. lol.

Deep deep!

Don’t worry, the pick-up truck, or Optimus Prime as some of my friends call it; will be in the workshop on Wednesday. What?? Am I gonna get judged at the kind of transportation I use? Lol.

Not too bad. Started my day flying. Have you experienced it? ;)

The other half and cups

Remember about the birds that built a nest next to the main door of my house? I have not seen them flying out of the nest for the past 3 weeks. Usually when I bend over to look for my shoes, a bird will suddenly dash out from the nest. Not that I did it on purpose, but sometimes I just forget that there is actually a nest about 30cm away from me.

So, I thought it’s a little strange if those birds abandon their nest after all those hard work of building it. Mumzy was wondering what happened to those birds and the other day she peeked into the nest.

To her amazement, she saw 5 little eggs inside it!

Waa...the bird is about the size of a sparrow but managed to lay 5 eggs! Where did they come from?

Steady bird!!

Awwwww...its like they're sleeping...!!

Mumzy hypothesized that the bird got into an accident..maybe it got hit by a car or got eaten. So I piped in and said what happen to the other half?

Random bird that plunged to its death

“Har? Got other half again meh? I thought only 1 bird will take care of it”

LOL! Of course there are 2 of them right? Lol. I told mumzy that there are actually 2. Female and male mah. Right?? Thats what cartoons and uhm...others always depict. Then she said...kasian eh maybe 2 of them died=.=

She asked me and sis to “yang*” it. Use my Ikea lamp’s yellow bulb to keep the eggs warm so they can hatch. Then go to the garden or field to dig for worms. Plenty.

*yang - In Mandarin, means take care of it just as you would if you have pets.

We still don’t know what to do. So far I have not seen any bird flying in that area. I am getting worried. What if they never return? Or are birds like penguin, where 1 of the bird will hunt outside for fishes (I can imagine) and by the time they get back, which is after a few weeks, you can see their beak (looking very proud at their achievement) overflowing with fishes? Think Happy Feet.

What if those eggs become rotten after a few more weeks?

GRAHH!!!

OK! Let’s just say some hypothetical person decided to hatch those eggs. And that hypothetical person has to juggle between university, work, chores, possibly dancing and also leisure time. Can anyone deal with it?

We are talking about 5 nestling here.

Who is gonna feed it every few hour?

Clean it?

Keep them away from ants?!?

Teach it how to fly?! Lol. Erm. Course not. That’s for eagles only right? Errr.

OR

Take the challenge. Be the mama bird.

Sigh. I don’t know what to do. What would you do?

Right.

Something a little more happier.

My orders from the US arrived yesterday! Wheeeee!

Happy happy!!!

The wait is finally over! 7 weeks can?!

But when I tried them, I got a bit disappointed cos I chose the wrong size =( Yes, you know what I'm talking about. The band is sort of loose even when its tightened. But the cups fit. lol. Had I picked a smaller one, I think both will fit just nice. It will go well with the plunge-bare back dress of mine for cousin's wedding next month.

I have to make up my mind - gain 5kgs in 4 weeks or return it only to get the correct size 8 weeks later =_____________________= The former sounds good though. It means I have license to eat!!!

Oh well. But I'm going for the latter. I'm still gonna have to eat though. Many of my friends whom I have not seen over the semester break said that I am losing weight. And they ask "whats wrong, why suddenly so thin?" =S

I shall blog about it when I can. Haven't take pix of it.

New sem!

I can't believe uni started! I was dying 3 months ago for that day to come.

It has been 4 days and work is piling x) I can't say I have done any. My lecture notes and files are still sitting happily on my hidden desk. I say hidden because its hidden underneath the pile of clothes and god knows what! lol.

Good thing I don't have class on Thursdays..courtesy of Dr.Mukul xD Sweet! Uhm. But my Saturdays are till 6pm. Its a huge sacrifice..cos its weekend can?! lol.

I might be going off to Lumut later. Bra should be coming back today =)
