Bugger!!

This post will make me feel like not wanting to ever live again. Lolz.

I did mention about the photo shoot that me and a few friends are suppose to do right? Hahah.

Well, I decided to take it. My shoot is at 1.30pm and I was asked to arrive half an hour earlier for make up and stuff I assume, since Datin did say that there will be a make up artist. I thought it was in ICTC and my short journey there was a bad one. My heart felt as if it was hammering against my chest…I don’t know why I got so nervous all of a sudden. Oh and I almost trip (4 inch heel please).

Turns out that its in ETC 1^st floor. I went there to find out that there is no make up artist!! Thank goodness I brought my eyeliner and also lip balm. And in the middle of fixing my head scarf, it has decided to “not listen to me” and gave me a really difficult time fixing it.

Oh did I mention that I had the sniffles since Monday?

I was asked to take different shots. My shots are mostly close up and the angle from below. Oh boy. Little did I know what so many unseen can be seen from below!!

After about 30 minutes, I was ready to take off my scarf. The picture was then uploaded to the computer for selection. It was in thumbnails so nothing can be seen.

Nvm.

I reached home close to 11pm and after showering and all (Went to Villa Mauri with Ching, Ming and Jason) I decided to take a look at those pictures taken. You would have guessed what my reaction was when I saw the pictures which were taken from below. Can you guess? I did mention that I had the sniffles right? ( I still have it now ;( )

Right, so I WAS #$%^&*!! Wottt?!?!?!

It wasn't obvious at first glance but... with a camera like that, everything is made crystal clear!!!! Every pore, every strand of hair and every thing!!!

And so today, after Japanese class, I sprinted to the ETC and badgered the person in charge to delete the pics. That person thought I was funny. T__________T Waaat?? About 30 of them in that angle can!! UPCLOSE some more ok. With a tua tua ki* camera (Nikon D2X, I think) I was sooooo paranoid. I couldn’t sleep for days and nights.. it was that bad. Lolz.

Anyway I feel safe now. I deleted the whole lot of them =) Lolz.

Just so you know, I am still feminine and yes, I do clean my nose!!!

So I got a call from chab after Bird’s. Speaking of Bird, the test was… uhm… for a lack of better word – not good. Lol. When will you learn?!

Right, the phone call. Apparently Datin wants me to be one of UBD’s model!! @.@ The first thing that came into my mind was - student role model. Lol! Not bad! Then realization strucked.

=________= I was wearing a really baggy jeans and a wrinkled 3/4 t-shirt. And my hair was not combed, as usual. Lolz. I panicked coz I thought the shoot is today! Come on, we have only 1 class! And since I woke up late, I just put on any shirt I can find. Its me being untidy and scruffy at my best. Pfft.

Its not only me. Uhm the chab and don will also be in it. And maybe far too.

Oh! Our faces will then appear on banners, cards, tv?? Hmm. Media!!

I am a little apprehensive yet curious on whats gonna happen next week. Tesl undergraduates as well as a handful of IM students will be taking part. The person who is in charge of the photoshooting and (I am assuming) filming is from Singapore. Sounds like serious stuff! Don't pray pray!

Should I go for it?

We will be further informed on the details tomorrow. It should be good!

There are a lot of things going on in UBD. I mean the small, people-don't-usually-care detailed stuff and also certain places which I never know existed even after studying there for more than 2 years! Maybe I am just too ignorant. lolz.

These are the places which I never knew existed...but recently discovered them.


#1 Senate room



When the Hokkaido university students visited UBD 2 weeks ago, we were asked to go to the Senate room. Heh?

#2 The place of Zen

A dead ねこ in front of ICTC!


It looked like a puppy of some sort coz its really big for a ねこ. The orange tabby's tummy is bloated with some black stuff coming out of it. Lots of flies there! Kel reckons its maggots that caused the tummy to.... Ewwwww!!


I wonder what happen to it...I mean there? Maybe it was on its way to the library but the rat poison or the rat who ate the poison decided to take its toll on tabby there. Such good location. Lol.


I'm sure everyone got a fair share of smell of its rotting corpse. I got my share of its whiff on my way meeting Dr. Prescott cuz I also wanted to take a shot of it. Ended up zooming it but still. Bauuuunyaaaaaa*!!!

We can’t watch veoh vids. Then Kel told me youporn is going to be next. Yea its shut tight by the way. No pun intended. And then again, maybe for most porn sites. Perhaps youtube is next cos apparently there are many vids posted by Bruneians and also some about the royalties. I see a trend here. Then who knows? Metacafe? Then.. I don’t know. Blogs in Brunei? I never knew searching or selecting a template for a blog could take up so much time! It’s been months and I still can’t find a right one. This one is too… uhm...plain. I didn't really check the margins and color coordination...i don't know whats it called. All I do is click on "New Post" each time I log in. I wonder how many people use this. But I shall be sticking to it till I get one. Or should I make one for myself? Or should I put in more effort on how it looks after my 100^th post? Hahha.
